Our exclusive focus
AIM specializes in workers’ compensation joint attorney advertising programs. Workers Compensation Attorney Group is a featured example of our work.
Workers Compensation Attorney Group
Workers Compensation Attorney Group (WCAG) operates as a DBA of Attorney Internet Marketing and serves as the public-facing brand for a specialized joint attorney advertising program.
The program focuses on reaching people who may have California workers’ compensation claims, particularly first responders and retired professional athletes.
Who the program reaches
Active and retired firefighters
The program presents workers’ compensation information to firefighters who are currently employed and those who have retired, including people seeking help understanding potential work-related injuries or illnesses.
Active and retired police and peace officers
WCAG also reaches currently employed and retired police and peace officers who are looking for information about workers’ compensation and access to legal assistance.
Retired professional athletes
The program includes retired professional athletes seeking information about injuries associated with their playing careers and whether they may have a California workers’ compensation claim.
An individual’s eligibility depends on the facts of their situation and applicable requirements. Participating attorneys evaluate potential claims.
AIM’s role in the program
AIM develops and manages the advertising and digital infrastructure behind WCAG. This includes advertising campaigns, websites and landing pages, and CRM systems for organizing and tracking inquiries.
Legal services are provided by independent participating attorneys and law firms. AIM and WCAG do not provide legal advice or legal representation.
